International Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to my country?

We welcome orders in almost all countries, as long as TNT, UPS and/or FedEx currently ships there.

If you’ll find the country in your cart and check-out shipping form, we will be able to ship there.

We also cannot ship orders to a PO Box address, if you need that please contact us with an email to info@penloverboutique.com and we will give you a personalized solution.

How much is my shipping?

Simply add the items you want into your cart, and you'll be given shipping options and prices at checkout. All of our shipping rate are related to the destination country that you’ll choose and to the size and weight of the parcel. Not all methods are available in all countries.

When will my order ship?

All our pens arestoredin bank vault, so we are able to ship your item usually the following day after your purchase, but sometimes, do to closing bank days we take a maximum of 3 working days to ship it.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. You can also sign in and click the My Account link at the top of our site to track the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?

With our couriers TNT, UPS and Fedex, due to the high value of our items, we use only the faster options of their shipping services.

The average time for delivery are:

Europe, USA and Canada: 1-2 working days

Rest of the world: 3-4 working days

Do you offer currency conversion?

Following the currency that you choose in our website, you can pay in Euro or USD on your choice.

Do I have to pay duties/customs?

Laws vary by country, so it depends on your country's regulations. You are responsible for paying any assessed customs fees upon receipt. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged.

Whoever receives the package is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes on the received products, even if it is being shipped as a gift! We cannot mark packages as gifts, and we will not falsify the total value of the package to skirt customs fees. That is against our company value to "Be Honest." All contents will be stated on the outside of the package as part of the customs form.

If you fail to pay the duties for your parcel and it is returned to us, you will have the option for us to re-ship your package to you (and you will pay for shipping again), or we can cancel your order and refund you for the products less the original shipping amount paid and eventual reimporting fees that the EU custom will charge us. We will reach out to you if your package is returned to us.

Oops! I gave you an incorrect shipping address!

Please email us at info@penloverboutique.com immediately if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct it before it goes out the door.

If your package has already shipped and ends up being returned to us, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you and eventual reimport custom duties in your country custom can charge to us. If you decide to cancel your order, we'll refund you for the products minus the original shipping charges and duties. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before reshipping.

If your order ships to an incorrect address and is not retrievable, unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.

What is your return policy?

Need to make a return? It's easy. Contact usa t info@penloverboutique.comand we will manage your needs individually thorugh our Customer service Team.

During the return process, email updates will be sent to the original purchaser.

We're happy to provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused and in the 14 days from delivery, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging (such as the pen case, warranty papers, cartridges and converters, etc). If you need to return a product because the item is damaged or defective, we’ll also take care of you! Should your return call for a shipping reimbursement, we are only able to reimburse up to the shipping costs of the original order. Please keep this in mind as you choose your return shipping method.

Keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping costs on preferential returns, and also you’ll must to pay import duties that we must to sustain.

Upon arrival, be sure to handle and inspect any new pens. Once the pen touches ink, we can still accept it, but there will be a restocking fee of 10% incurred for preferential returns.

What are my payment choices?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We also accept PayPal and, on request, payment with all the major Crypto Currencies. 

Warranty Information

On all pre-owned pens on our catalogue, we guarantee the good working conditions for the period of 1 year from the purchase.

If the pen will have any kind of working problem, we will pay all the repair cost that are not due to a wrong use or accidental break.
